Connect @ City Heights is mixed-used building, located within the interstate 440 loop around Nashville and just 5 minutes west of Downtown.

This 5-story mixed use building wraps Clifton and Felicia Avenues to present a unique entry courtyard inward focused for residents while the commercial portion of the building is outwardly focused to one of Nashville’s future busy city arteries. City views are a main focus from within all of the spaces inside the building and atop the rooftop pool deck. Other amenities include a fitness center and 6-story parking structure capable of accommodating 376 vehicles.
